Short description

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) as the contracting authority is seeking for a suitable service provider to provide a system that can work with data provided by NOMIS to produce a viewable, searchable database that can be easily accessed by users across the force. This should enable users to view and search full details of information held by NOMIS to include, for example, cell history, movements, next of kin – full details.
In addition the system needs the ability to monitor prison release dates, sentence changes, prison movements and provide alerts to officers to notify them of these. The preferred system would also have the facility for officers to upload data to the system – for example more recent photographs, that can then be searchable within the force system, if not nationally.
