Short description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire (PCC) is looking to appoint one provider per Lot for the supply and installation of permanent digital speed camera and average speed camera enforcement systems at various sites throughout Lincolnshire. This requirement will include the provision and installation of the equipment and the first year support and maintenance. There will also be four options to extend for 12 months each at the sole discretion of the PCC. This procurement process will be run under the EU Open procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and will be divided into three lots.

This will include the upgrade/replacement of existing fixed speed camera installations with eight new columns and eight new cameras. Lincolnshire Police will consider both static and average speed solutions at each site.
