To deliver a high quality, multicomponent, Tier 2 adult weight management programme within a twelve week period to referred Torbay adults.  The service will support referrals to lose weight, become more physically active and provide ongoing weight management support throughout the duration of the intervention.  In addition, the service will enable referrals to become self-motivated thereby continuing their weight loss journey at exit from the intervention.
