Additional information

The Authority is establishing the Dynamic Purchasing System on behalf of itself and Hereford & Worcester Fire Authority in the first instance.
However, the exercise also makes provision for other Police Forces and Fire and Rescue Services to utilise the pool of pre-approved recruitment companies under two prescribed approaches:
a) vicariously under a shared services agreement (where other bodies utilise the recruitment services of the authority) or;
b) where they replicate the business model of the authority in respect of the services in which case the pre-approvals undertaken under this exercise will be shared (subject to the approval of the participating recruitment companies) to create a separate pre-approved list.
Details of potential participants is contained in the documentation which may be found at the URL at I.1.
Please note that the estimated value provided at II.1.5 is based against the projected volumes of the authority and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue and contains some headroom to cater for any additional participants. Interested organisations are however advised that at present additional volumes are unknown and that this value may vary.
