2.	Cambridgeshire Constabulary, from now on referred to as the Authority or Authorities, have a requirement to employ a Contractor for the provision (unless otherwise stated) of an annual cleaning and maintenance service for below ground drainage systems at its sites. In addition, the remit will include provision of a response call out service to cover such events as blockages and leaks to the various drainage systems.
