Secure System Solution for Safe and Well visits (extension to Home Fire Risk Checks) Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service is committed to identifying, engaging with and supporting our local communities to live a safe and well life. To support this we carry out 30,000 home visits each year, generated through contact centre calls and direct engagement door knocking, where we deliver fire safety advice, guidance and equipment as well as wider discussions and interventions around health, wellbeing and security. We are seeking a system solution to enhance this full process from identification and initial contact, through services offered, visit content and discussions, to outcomes, onward referrals and feedback on solutions and support provided. The solution needs to meet our technical and protective security requirements, deliver value for money and achieve integration with existing procedures and current systems and databases that are in place.
