Description of the procurement

Title: Building Management System (BMS) Maintenance, Control & Monitoring Contract
Tender Reference: NWP / 26883
Start Date: August 2017
Contract Period: 3 years with the option to extend a further 2 years
North Wales Police and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service are seeking a single experienced maintenance provider to maintain their Building Management Systems at their estimated 46 sites across the whole of the North Wales geographic area.
The tender process will be undertaken via the EU Supply e tendering portal on the Blue Light e Tendering Website at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=BLUELIGHT
You are requested to register at this site free of charge after which expressions of interest can be made and the specification and any other relevant documents can be downloaded.
