Title attributed to the contract: Relationships and Connectivity Workshops (1)
Description:

The overall aim is to deliver a workshop that develops the skills and behavioural competencies of leaders to enable them to build trusting relationships, to understand how they work better with one another, and to be able to productively resolve and use conflict in a positive way, the workshops will be aimed at all leaders of NHS staff across the East Midlands.

Learners’ knowledge and experience of building relationships will be variable. Some may have very basic knowledge; others will have a deeper understanding however the workshop should be designed accordingly.

Referring to the context and drivers outlined in section 2 of ITT Section B, the programme should reflect the current challenges and opportunities facing the NHS and the wider system.
