This opportunity is for the spot hire of vehicles for covert purposes on an as and when basis for varying lengths of hire period. The vehicles will have an operational aspect to them in that they will be used by police officers in the execution of their duties. Tenderers should note that this is a separate arrangement to that for hire of self drive vehicles, there are specific requirements which are very different from hire for non-operational purposes. These are not vehicles subject to long term leasing arrangements.
