The project comprises the refurbishment of ground and first floor areas to accommodate new service teams within the building 
Work will be undertaken on a phased basis to facilitate moves for the various teams
Works involve remodelling (demolition and new partitions), replacement flooring, redecorations, mechanical and electrical installations, suspended ceilings, reception works, sanitary facilities, fixed benching and replacement doors
Order of cost is noted as £500k
Tenders are due to be invited 31st October 2016 with a 4 week tender period
The Trust will require a high level of collaboration and resource to be provided by the contractors to achieve the required programme 
The expectation of the Trust and its advisors  will be for the contractor  to  manage his programme in a significant level of detail – accurate and regular reporting is essential; in addition accurate and timely management of costs in association with the Quantity Surveyor is a requirement
It is envisaged that works will commence on site January 2017 completing during April 2017
