Description of the procurement

The provision of Venue Resources to the East Midlands Leadership Academy to
support delivery of their leadership development portfolio. The overall aim is to
provide the highest standard of venues and venue support to accommodate
EMLA’s diverse and demanding work portfolio. Will need to be centrally located in the
East Midlands and have good road access to be in a position to accommodate
equitable travel times from across the five counties of, Northamptonshire,
Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

Review procedure

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: 
The Trust will allow a standstill period at the point the decision regarding the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The standstill period shall be in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The Regulations provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed, or are at risk of harm by a breach of the Regulations to take legal action. Any such action must be started in the High Court within the applicable limitation period.
The purpose of the standstill period referred to above is to allow aggrieved parties to apply to the Courts to set aside the award decision before the contract is entered into.
