Description:

The works required by this Tender will cover building related trades except mechanical but including minor maintenance works, general building work, electrical work, plumbing, Joinery, general day works, drainage works, grounds works, painting and decorating and roof works. The Contractor will supply all labour, plant and materials required to complete the works. An element of planned maintenance work is to be undertaken by the Contractor.

The contract will be subject to JCT Measured Term Contract (2011) terms and conditions. 

The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. 

Estimated Value £1,000,000 Per annum.

NO VOLUME OR VALUE OF WORK WILL BE GUARANTEED UNDER THIS CONTRACT.

The shortlist will be determined by the ranking of bidders according to the overall score achieved in the PQQ evaluation. Details of the scoring mechanism are included in the PQQ document.
