Avon Fire Authority is seeking to replace the Incident Command Training System 
that simulates real time fire ground incidents and operations which has been in 
use for the last 10 years.  The Authority are seeking a newer version of an 
Incident Command Simulation Software system due to more advanced and 
flexible systems now being available and which are more suitable to meet the 
present needs of Avon Fire & Rescue Service.
