Avon Fire Authority is seeking to award a contract for the supply and installation of 
an Incident Command Software System and applicable licence/s to replace the 
current one being used.  The Authority wish to replace this system as soon as 
practical with a newer version due to more advanced and flexible systems now 
being available and which are more suitable to meet the present needs of AFRS.
