Description:

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Greater Manchester and NHS England 
(The Commissioner) are jointly commissioning a healthcare service that covers 
both Police Custody and the wider Liaison and Diversion Service. The 
Commissioner is seeking a Prime Provider Model to work with them for a 3 year 
period estimated budget of £15-16M to deliver this exciting new initiative. 
Depending on funding there may be an extension to this contract for up to 2 
years, estimated budget of £10-£10.5M
