To provide the Commissioner with services as detailed in the specification in clause 11 and as outlined below: Electrical Services: (Including but not limited to) The Contractor will provide a service to repair, service and maintain the electrical infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: • Fixed electrical circuits/power and distribution boards. • Lighting. • Electrical service and wiring to other plant and equipment, such as pumps, boilers, air conditioning units, lifts, alarms, automatic doors and barriers. • Electrical service to police ICT and operational equipment. • 5 yearly mains testing and inspections. • Extract Fans. • Emergency Lighting. • Fixed electrical heaters. • Generators. • Water heaters. • Water boilers. • Electrical showers. • Hand dryers. To provide the following electrical maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas: 1. Reactive Maintenance Services – To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building electrical defects. 2. Minor Works Service – To undertake minor electrical works to improve and alter the Commissioner’s sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands. 3. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance – To undertake periodic servicing of electrical services as requested by the Commissioner, across the sites including: • 5 yearly mains testing and inspections. • Extract Fans. • Emergency Lighting. • Fixed electrical heaters. • Generators. • Water heaters. • Water boilers. • Electrical showers. • Hand dryers.
