framework arrangements will be available for use by all Police Forces in the UK.
The garments will be worn by police officers & staff whilst undertaking a range of
operational duties. The intention is to award each Lot to a single supplier.

Description of the procurement

The Soft Shell Jacket is worn by police officers & staff whilst undertaking a range of operational duties. The jacket is worn as part of a layering system over standard police uniform and equipment. It is worn as either the top-layer or as the under-
