accordance with relevant legislation at the time. This system now requires a
number of workarounds to ensure that Derbyshire are in compliance with more
recent legislation, this is causing data to be stored inaccurately and frustration for
users.
Following award, the resulting Framework Agreement shall be open for use by all UK Police Forces.
