The overall aim is to provide the highest standard of venues and venue support to accommodate EMLA’s diverse and demanding work portfolio.
* Tier one venue definition is a venue that is the first port of call for all EMLA activity. Tier two is only used when the tier one venue cannot accommodate the required activity for justifiable reasons such as interventions that require delivery within their own geographical
location. Tier two venues will be commissioned at the discretion of EMLA should
they be required. * The tier one venue will need to be centrally located in the
East Midlands and have good road access to be in a position to accommodate
equitable travel times from across the five counties of, Northamptonshire,
Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

Description of the procurement

Review procedure

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: 
The Trust will allow a standstill period at the point the decision regarding the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The standstill period shall be in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The Regulations provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed, or are at risk of harm by a breach of the Regulations to take legal action. Any such action must be started in the High Court within the applicable limitation period.
The purpose of the standstill period referred to above is to allow aggrieved parties to apply to the Courts to set aside the award decision before the contract is entered into.
