The Capital Maintenance Programme for Schools is an annual programme of major repairs to Lambeth Schools. The programme deals with maintenance works that are of a health and safety nature, ensuring buildings are wind and water tight, secure and provide adequate thermal comfort. The areas of maintenance works include but are not limited to, structural repair, renewal or replacement of fire doors, external walls, roofing, windows, heating systems, guttering and down pipe replacement.
