Warm Homes Local Grant (WHLG)

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Quote as a partner organization to deliver the Warm Homes: Local Grant (WHLG) scheme via the WYCA Energy Efficiency & Carbon Reduction Framework (976363), for the delivery of energy efficiency and clean heating upgrades aiming to improve a maximum of 227 low-income, (minimum 109) households by March 2028 with the potential of an extension of a further 2 years, which will be confirmed following the Government Spending Review.
