The London Borough of Camden is seeking expressions of interest regarding the
Camden Construction Consultancy Framework
The London Borough of Camden is seeking to engage suitably experienced multi-disciplinary design teams (consultancies) and construction related teams (consultancies) for the establishment of its framework across the following services (lots).
Lot 1 Construction Consultants – Below £100,000 Fees (Small Schemes)
· Lot 1 A - Design Services Sub-Lot (Multidisciplinary)
· Lot 1 B - Engineering Services Sub-Lot
· Lot 1 C - Project Delivery Services Sub-Lot
· Lot 1 D - Cost & Commercial Sub-Lot
· Lot 1 E - Compliance Health &Safety Sub-Lot
Lot 2 - Design Services (Multidisciplinary) – Higher Value Fees (large Schemes)
Lot 3 - Engineering Services – Higher Value Fees (large Schemes)
Lot 4 - Project Delivery Services – Higher Value Fees (large Schemes)
Lot 5 - Cost & Commercial Consultants– Higher Value Fees (large Schemes)
Lot 6 - Compliance Health and Safety – Higher Value Fees (large Schemes)
Lot 7 - Asbestos Surveys Testing and Reporting
Lot 8 - Fire Risk Assessment Surveys and Reporting
Lot 9 – Scoping Surveys (Investment Needs)
The various consultants or teams are to be appointed separately under a single OJEU procedure for Lots 1 (in sub lots) and lots 2 to lots 9.
This framework is being set up to support Camden Council’s delivery of its construction related obligations. Camden owns and manages 33,000 homes with 24,000 tenants and 9,000 leaseholders. The Repairs and Improvements Division in HASC is responsible for responsive repairs, planned preventative maintenance, delivery of regeneration projects and the Better Homes programme.

· Schedule 4: Framework lot and sub lot scope of services. (Scheduled Per Lot)
· Supplier Guidance Notes (instructions on using our e-tendering website, and how to complete the online Pre-qualification questions; and submit PQQ etc.).
To express your interest, please fill in the online Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ Sections A–G) and submit your response to the contract specific PQQ (Section H) as per instructions and guidance provided - within the required format/ page limits.
The deadline for receipt of Expressions of Interests /PQQ responses (via the eu-supply.com website) is: 4th August 2014, 12:00 noon.
