Bikeability RFI - Request for Information Bikeability Cycle Training

In October and November 2024 North Yorkshire Council (the Council) undertook an Open Procurement Procedure via our eTendering portal Yortender to procure a supplier with a successful track record of delivering Bikeability Cycle Training, an Active Travel England funded training programme for school children in England. Unfortunately, the Council received no tender responses from suppliers, and we are interested to understand from prospective suppliers why this was the case, and in what ways the Council could make the opportunity more attractive for suppliers to increase the likelihood of responses were the opportunity to be procured again.
