24-015 - Greasbrough New Build Social Housing (Grayson Road)

RMBC are seeking a suitable contractor to manage the full design and build of potentially 12 number of units on land at Grayson Road, Greasbrough. The Contractor will be responsible for fully developing the RIBA Stage 1 - 4 design. This is a two stage tender process via EN:Procure Gen 4 New Build Framework.
