Rotherham Council are looking to appoint an experienced and professional Supplier to provide fully managed stock condition surveys on its general housing stock which is made up of a variety of housing archetypes.The Council has secured a budget explicitly for stock condition surveys during 2024-27 and our objective is to complete 19,885 stock condition surveys of our general housing stock over an initial 36-month period. This process will be undertaken as a further Competition through The ProcurePublic framework.
