KMCAS-211 - Enhanced digital support offer for unpaid carers in West Yorkshire

The contract will provide a range of online information, advice, and guidance that supports carer resilience. This will include: • Looking after your own health and wellbeing • Your rights as a carer • Practical support • Emotional support • Financial support • Technology • Equipment and home adaptations to support caring • Balancing care with employment or education • Support available locally This will be accessed by an anticipated 1,000 carers per quarter, with 300 of these being new users each quarter. Reaching out, engaging carers, and identifying new users is a key component of this contract. The contract will liaise with and compliment existing carers support services across West Yorkshire. The contract is for online/digital support only
