The Council requires a Credit Referencing provider to be able to trace Council Tax, Business Rates, HB overpayments and Sundry Debts debtors. Also, West Yorkshire Pension Service for lookup of API for the Member’s addresses. It is anticipated that the contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend by 2 periods of 12 months.
