SR202401021 - Forensic Property Marking Videos

Northamptonshire OPFCC is looking for a supplier to produce two videos to compliment a forensic property marking scheme, with the aim of reducing residential burglary. Video one- public facing video, demonstrating to householders in pilot areas the project initiatives and supporting them in how to forensically mark and asset record their property. Video two- staff information/training video on forensic property making, asset recording and how to check for marked property. The creation of the videos, within the advertised budget, shall include: • Storyboarding of ‘dramatised’ films. • Casting and logistics for actors, extras and crew for location shoots (eg. Police station, custody and property suites, house, shop, pub, street, etc). • Film shoots for interviews with Police chief and officers, and other location shoots (eg. Police station, custody and property suites, house, shop, pub, street, etc) Director, Camera Operator, Sound Recordist and Production Assistant. • Still photography during location shoots - for use in posters, leaflets, images and memes. • Video editing: Video/audio synching, editing and graphics animation for: dramatised crime footage, interviews, training and information films, extended campaign of short adverts for TV/cinema/social media. • Supporting physical materials for both videos in the format of an aide memoire/leaflet covering the main objectives of the project and highlights of the video. The package must be accessible on a range of electronic devices including phones, tablets, laptops and computers and should be able to be sent to recipients via email or message. The package once created must be the intellectual property of Northamptonshire OPFCC for us to use as often and how we wish with no licensing or ongoing costs or consents required to do so. This includes the video content and reference materials. The package must include Northamptonshire OPFCC branding. The video must be created and ready for use by 31st March 2024
