Network and Telephone Connectivity

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide Network and Telephone Connectivity. The tender is a restricted consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence in July 2024 ending by June 2029 with an option to extend for a period of 3 years. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £1,187,843 per annum. Cost breakdown per lot is shown below: • Lot 1a Corporate Internet & 3rd Party Services – Contract Term of 5 years plus optional extension of 3 years subject to satisfactory performance. Value £71,916.00 per annum. • Lot 1a Inter-site Connectivity (WAN) - Contract Term of 5 years plus optional extension of 3 years subject to satisfactory performance. Value £1 million per annum. • Lot 4b Unified Communication – Contract Term of 5 years plus optional extension of 3 years subject to satisfactory performance. Value £115,927.00 per annum. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any services to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
