Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased to invite you to tender for Supply of flooring materials and fitting services to Council houses across the East and South areas of Leeds. This includes general flooring, kitchen and bathroom flooring. Total estimated value of the Tender is up to £85,000.00, however no guarantee or commitment can be given to the initial and future value of any work arising from this Tender. The terms and conditions/contract will be JCT Minor works. The final date to return the tenders is 04.03.2024 at noon. Estimated contract start date is March/April 2024 Estimated Contract end date is March/April 2025 + 6 months option to extend Please complete and attach to your submission Document 1 - Tender instructions and Document 2 - Pricing. Please be aware that tender deadline is strict and no submissions will be possible after the date and time specified in the tender documentation. Please not that all tenders are electronic, as such NO paper copies will be accepted or read, you must submit through our system before the deadline.
