82442 - Leeds Civic Hall - Council Chamber & Banquet Hall Ventilation Improvements

Dear Sirs/Madams,

Leeds Building Services have a requirement for a subcontractor to perform ventilation improvement works at the Leeds Civic Hall – Council Chamber and Banquet Hall. Leeds Civic Hall, Calverley Street, LS1 1UR.

Scope of Works Overview:

-Modifications to the existing air handling unit serving the Council Chamber & Banquet Hall to create 2no independent systems with separate reheat and DX cooling coils.

-DX system refrigerant pipework installation.

-Alterations to the existing supply and return air ducting to create 2no independent systems.

-Provision of duct wrap insulation to all supply and return air ducting within the plantroom and ancillary areas.

-Alterations to the existing LPHW CT Heating F&R pipework serving the air handling unit.

-All associated electrical works

-Modifications to the existing BMS controls system

-All associated builders work.

-Testing and commissioning of the ventilation system and associated controls

-Provision of ‘as installed’ drawings, operating and maintenance manual and user demonstration.

Please provide a full breakdown of your costs within the tender return.  The works will be managed under a JCT minor works contract 2016 with amendments. Please ensure you are completing the form of tender section within Document 1 - Tender Instruction Template.
