The primary objective of the Contract is to provide TWFRS with legal expertise in fire safety law and enforcement procedures in relation to The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, particularly in relation to Fire Investigation.
