The project is the replacement of windows and doors at Limpsfield Junior School and Mossbrook Infant and Junior Special School. The contract is split into 2 Sections. Section 1 works (Limpsfield) will commence on 2nd April 2024 (the start of the Easter Holidays) and progress for 10 weeks. During term time work areas will be clear of pupils and staff. Following Practical Completion of Section 1 contract works will pause for 6 weeks until the commencement of Section 2 (Mossbrook) on 22nd July 2024 (the start of the Summer Holidays), these works will progress for 6 weeks. Section 2 must be complete within the Summer Holidays and before the start of the next school term.
