79335 - Internal Office Extension at Metro Park, Leeds LS11 5TY
Dear Sirs/Madam,
Leeds Building Services have a requirement for a Multi-Trade subcontractor to provide internal office extensions at Metro Park Industrial Estate.
Please would you take the time to review the attached Schedule of Works in conjunction with the attached sketch in order to produce a competitive price for the works.
Please do not price any works highlighted in GREEN as they will be carried out by LBS operatives. Please pay attention to the qualifications, inclusions and exclusion at the bottom of the SOW page.
