The project comprises the construction of a single storey rear extension which includes a new accessible shower room. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 4th December 2023 and will run for a period of 12 weeks making the expiry date 14th March 2024. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the YORbuild3 (South) Minor Works Framework, Lot 1 (£0-£1m).
