The project comprises the construction of a single storey rear extension which includes a new accessible bedroom and shower room. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in November 2023 and will run for a period of 16 weeks making the expiry date January 2024. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the YORbuild3 (South) Minor Works Framework, Lot 1 (£0-£1m).
