The project comprises the construction of a single storey rear extension and internal conversion works to a 4 bedroom semi-detached property in order to provide a ground floor double/twin bedroom and accessible bathroom to meet the needs of a disabled occupant. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in October 2023 and will run for a period of 16 weeks making the expiry date February 2024. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the YORbuild3 (South) Minor Works Framework, Lot 1 (£0-£1m).
