The Council will very shortly be publishing a mini competition via the TPPL Fleet Rental Framework for the hire of winter fleet vehicles (12 x bulk fixed body gritter, 18tn 4x2 6m3 capacity). As part of the replacement gritter needs the Council has a need to review corresponding winter fleet telematics arrangements. The purpose of this market engagement is to explore available options to manage the winter fleet telematics given potential known compatibility issues and associated ICT contracts with third party suppliers.
