Specific Requirements 1. The contractor is required to work with the Safeguarding Adults Board to produce an Overview Report and Executive Summary for a Safeguarding Adult Review. 2. The contractor is required to set up and chair a partner SAR Panel to jointly agree the specific terms of reference for the SAR, and will thereafter continue to liaise with this panel to gather relevant information from them and complete the SAR.
