The project involves fire stopping works to provide a 1-hour fire compartment between floors. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in April 2023 and will run for a period of 4 weeks making the expiry date May 2023. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the RCP4 Framework, Lot 5 (Building Works £0-£150k).
