The project comprises the construction of a new single storey side extension which includes a new accessible shower room. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in May 2023 and will run for a period of 8 weeks making the expiry date July 2023. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the RCP4 Framework, Lot 5 (Building Works £0-£150k).
