NWUPC is establishing a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of members of APUC, NEUPC, NWUPC, HEPCW, CPC, LUPC AND SUPC for Promotional Merchandise and Clothing, Vouchers & Gift Cards. The Framework Agreement is divided into lots as follows: Lot 1 – Merchandise & Clothing Lot 2 – Vouchers & Gift Cards Lot 3 – Promotional Clothing Coverage of this framework is National This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st May 2023 for an initial period of 24 (twenty-four) months until 30th April 2025 with the option to extend the Agreement for 2 periods of twelve 12 months until 30th April 2027 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.

The following questionnaire must be completed by all Economic Operators before completing the individual Lot questionnaires. All questions are mandatory and must be completed. The Economic Operator only needs to complete the Mandatory Questionnaire once irrespective of the number of lots you are bidding for.
