KMCMP-014 - Huddersfield TC Vissim Model Build

Procurement of consultants to develop a new traffic microsimulation model in VISSIM for the town. This project will build on previous model versions and utilise data from the Calderdale and Kirklees Strategic Transport Model available in the district, however additional data collection has been collected to bolster the robustness of the model. Importantly, the model must be calibrated and validated to comply with TAG to ensure its suitability for application in appraising schemes and informing investment decisions. This model will inform projects in both the Major Projects and Town Centres services.
