The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced provider to supply and analyse nitrogen dioxide (NO2) diffusion tubes (50% TEA in acetone method) to support its Local Air Quality Management (LAQM) and Clean Air Zone (CAZ) evaluation programmes from 2023 onwards.
