Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the “Council”) from Suppliers to receive submissions to tender for the lease of 5 (with an option to increase to 7) motion activated projection systems which enable people to interact with games or other activities projected onto table surfaces, walls, ceilings and floors through arm or hand movements to be deployed across a range of Adult Social Care Settings. This contract is anticipated to commence on 30th May 2022 and will expire on 29th May 2025 with the provision to extend for two (2) further twelve (12) month periods up to 29th May 2027.
