A framework is required to provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week emergency response for clearance of blocked drains, sinks, pipework, urinals or toilets. Service provision to include the following as necessary: • 1-hour response time for emergency call-outs • Clearance of blockages using drain rods or high-pressure jetting • CCTV surveys • Repairs to damaged or collapsed drains by lining or replacement • Tree root removal
