You are invited to submit a quotation for the above contract requirement for Hull City Council.
Hull City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide and carry out a review of the IPaSS service and SEND Support Outreach services commissioned by the local authority
The successful supplier will undertake the services as described in the enclosed Specification (REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – SEN REVIEW).
This Procurement is being undertaken as an Open Request for Quotation and utilises the Authorities Standard Service Agreement terms.
Participating suppliers should ensure that they subsequently complete and return their RFQ submission, together with any relevant enclosures, and ensure that this is uploaded to the Council’s electronic tender portal, YORtender (Mercell), by 12:00 noon BST on Monday 28th February 2022. Responses to the questions should be returned in the same order, and using the same numbering convention, as set out in the ITT documents. The YORtender site is accessed by weblink https://yortender.eu-supply.com (https://yortender.eu-supply.com).. Suppliers will need to register on this site if they have not previously done so. (Registration is free and takes only a few minutes to complete).
Questions or queries regarding the tender itself must be issued by suppliers through the dialogue function within the YORtender portal.
