902-19 DPS for Supply and Application of Bituminous Based Binder Products for Highways Maintenance
The Council is looking for providers for the Supply and Application of Bituminous Based Binder Products for use in Highway Maintenance. Minimum requirements to join the DPS include, but are not limited to environmental management, health and safety, insurances, quality assurance, relevant experience, sectors schemes (if relevant) and Road Surface Treatment Association (RSTA) membership (if relevant). There is no requirement to provide pricing details at this stage, as these will be requested for the forth coming year in the second stage call off.
