This All Skills Category is a DPS container to hold mini-competitions across all pre-approved suppliers of skills provision or services in one or more of Categories 2,3,6 and 10. There is no need for suppliers to apply to join this DPS container Category.
This category applies to strengthening social fabric and fostering a sense of local pride and belonging. It also applies to building resilient, healthy and safe neighbourhoods.
