The service required is a Sexual Violence Support Service for and based in Hertfordshire which will support victims of sexual assault and abuse regardless of when the crime took place. The service will have a focus on supporting those who actively seek support and also a focus on having a community facing presence via a hub and spoke model in order to encourage those who are less likely to seek support to do so. The RFI is following an unsuccessful procurement process for the same service which recently went to market The authority are considering an alternative delivery model and are looking to the market to respond to the alterative resourcing option Please provide feedback within the limited timescales provided
